Rates, Packages & Policies

Here you’ll find my current session rates, package options, and policies. My goal is to be transparent and predictable, so you know what to expect before we start working together.

Rates

Dyslexia & Structured Literacy Intervention – $120 / 50 minutes
Integrated Learning Specialist Support – $150 / 50 minutes
Executive Function & ADHD Coaching – $175 / 50 minutes
Parent Consultation & Case Planning – $175 / 50 minutes

Sessions are offered online via secure Zoom for children, teens, post-secondary students, and adults across Canada (Pacific time).

10-Session Packages

For families and adults who prefer to book a block of sessions, I offer 10-session packages at a small discount:

Dyslexia & Structured Literacy – $1,140 for 10 × 50-minute sessions
Integrated Learning Specialist Support – $1,425 for 10 × 50-minute sessions
Executive Function & ADHD Coaching – $1,662.50 for 10 × 50-minute sessions

Packages are paid in advance, valid for 6 months, and non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice (see cancellation policy below).

Policies

Payment

Payment is due on the day of the session by e-transfer to northstarlearningaccess@gmail.com (or by another agreed method).
Receipts are provided on request for your records or possible reimbursement.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full rate, except in sudden illness or emergency.
If I ever need to cancel, I will give as much notice as possible and we’ll reschedule at no cost to you.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you’re late, we’ll use the remaining time in your scheduled session.
If you do not arrive and I don’t hear from you, the session is considered a no-show and is billed at the full rate.

Sliding Scale

I keep a small number of reduced-fee spots for clients who would not be able to access support at my full rate.
If cost is a concern, you’re welcome to mention this in your consultation form or email, and we can discuss current availability.

Diagnosis & Scope of Practice

You do not need a formal diagnosis to work with me.
I do not diagnose or provide therapy, mental health treatment, or medical care.
My work focuses on structured literacy instruction, executive function support, academic coaching, and advocacy.
