Service Description
Not sure where to start? This short call is a low-pressure way to see whether North Star Learning Access is a good fit for you or your learner. We’ll talk briefly about what’s going on right now, what kind of support you’re hoping for, and what working together could look like. In 15 minutes, we can: • Clarify the main challenges (reading, writing, organization, or “school feels hard in general”). • Decide whether OG tutoring, EF coaching, or a mix makes the most sense. • Outline 1–2 concrete next steps, whether you work with me or not. No prep is needed and no diagnosis is required—just bring your questions and whatever’s on your plate.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Payment is due on the day of the session by e-transfer to northstarlearningaccess@gmail.com (or by another agreed method). Packages are paid in advance, valid for 6 months, and non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Receipts are provided on request for your records or possible reimbursement. Cancellation & Rescheduling I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full rate, except in sudden illness or emergency. If I ever need to cancel, I will give as much notice as possible, and we’ll reschedule at no cost to you. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you’re late, we’ll use the remaining time in your scheduled session. If you do not arrive and I don’t hear from you, the session is considered a no-show and is billed at the full rate.
